When is the best time to take CBD?
It all depends on your lifestyle and the form in which you take CBD. When taking oil, you can start with a few drops in the morning and increase throughout the day.

If you smoke bud and work during the day, a relaxing evening cigarette is best!

Gummies are usually taken first thing in the morning when vaping, then usually spread throughout the day.

How to calculate the dosage?
If you are taking CBD oil, the package should state how many mg are in each droplet. If you have a bottle of CBD oil that contains a total of 500mg of CBD, with 200 drops per bottle, that would mean that there is 2.5mg of CBD per drop.

To calculate CBD flowers and buds, let's assume you have 0.5 grams of flowers with a CBD content of 20%. That would mean a total of 200mg of CBD. If you smoke 40 puffs for one joint, that's 5 mg per puff!

Can you consume too much CBD?
